🚚 Do you offer shipping insurance?

No, DSWINE does not insure wine shipments for loss, theft, damage, or delays once they are in transit. We partner with trusted carriers (UPS/FedEx), but they offer a maximum liability of $100 per shipment.

❌ What if my package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged?

If your order is affected by loss, theft, or visible damage, we recommend you file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. The maximum compensation is $100, regardless of your order’s value.

Tip: Take photos immediately if the package looks damaged upon arrival, and keep the box and label for your claim.

⏳ Are shipping delays refundable?

Unfortunately, shipping delays are not refundable. Neither UPS nor FedEx provide compensation for late deliveries, and these are outside of our control.

💳 Can I insure my wine through my credit card?

Yes — for higher-value shipments, we recommend checking with your credit card provider. Many premium cards offer purchase protection or shipment insurance that may help cover lost or damaged items.

✉️ What should I do if there’s a problem with my shipment?
